The Water and Sewer Department supplies high quality water and provides state-of-the-art wastewater collection and treatment for the City of Waycross.  This department is responsible for maintenance and repair of all water mains, service lines, valves and fire hydrants within the City limits.  The department also responsible for the wastewater collection system including sewer mains, service lines, manholes, pumping stations and treatment facilities.   Department also implements city’s industrial pretreatment program and supports comprehensive planning for future needs.
