Opened on February 21, 1929 the Hotel Ware featured 110 rooms and 110 baths, a truly modern innovation at the time. Somewhere in time we changed the name to the Ware Hotel. After many years of abandonment, the property will become our City's first high rise downtown residential dwelling place.
